During the design phase, we personally manage the project from plans and preliminary design, through interior design, and final touches. We do our best to create spaces that reflect our client’s unique lifestyle and design aesthetic.

In today’s busy world, clients wish to have a stress free experience with home building, and we take it a step further to give them the complete deal. This means that each custom home comes complete with all the fixings – window coverings, wall features, furniture, accessories, plants, wallpaper, you name it.

Sunny Sahni, Founder and President of Platinum Signature Homes, started his career in New Home Construction in 2004. Working his way up from constructing small single-family homes to custom luxury homes has been a continued success. Along the way he has gained experience in every trade of the industry and has built many solid relationships.
